bal tungle is the greatest guy in all of the world!! he is so handsome and friendly and strong X) he is always so nice to citizens and always does his best as supreme chancellor. he became supreme chancellor after grungaria had peace negotiations with the united states and his mentor Trestis Grak who was going to work for the united states suggested that he should be leader.

he always wears his special grungaria medallion under his clothes. on the front it says "GUNK" which stands for "grungaria up next king" (saying we adopted during his reign). his medallion has special engravings on it that tell The Legend of the 14th Wizard (grungarian folktale written by his mentor). he says that his medallion was passed down to him by his mentor to remind him of grungarias strength in times of need. every day he does 14000 pushups like the hero in the legend of the 14th wizard does!
